Physiotherapy can assist with overcoming injuries and disease by correcting and improving the body’s own healing mechanisms, allowing you to return to your normal rider activity following incapacity or injury.

Demonstrations
Interactive demonstrations are available on a range of topics, including lunging and pole-work. These sessions usually last an hour and are an enjoyable way to learn as a group.

Rider Pilates
This is a fun, Pilates-based exercise class for riders. We focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and learning how to take care of our muscles and joints when riding.

Several horses and their riders can be assessed visually and advised in a group session. This is an interactive arena where problems and solutions can be discussed and shared.

A minimum call-out charge may be added to cover travel expenses, by agreement and dependent on distance.
